As I reflect on this past year, I can't help but be so grateful for everything and everyone that's been a blessing in my life. There have been many new experiences, new faces, and new opportunities! Earlier in the year, myself and my fiancé at the time went on super fun trips to Texas and a Caribbean cruise.
In May, my sister, Kristina, graduated from 8th grade...it's crazy to see how much she's grown but exciting to watch her grow. Around that same time, I found out I got accepted into South College's Doctor of Physical Therapy program! This was definitely an answered prayer because I wasn't certain on what was ahead for me in terms of a career. I've met some awesome people and I just finished up my second quarter in this program. It's the most challenging thing I've ever done but I'm sure will be rewarding come graduation in 2020.
The event of the year was marrying my best friend of almost 8 years. Our pre-wedding festivities included our engagement party and bachelor/bachelorette parties. We had an amazing wedding celebration at Howe Farms with family and friends.

In November, one of my best friends, Abby, got married too! We've known each other since 5th grade and it's been awesome sharing these memories together.

We just celebrated Nala's (our sassy husky) 4th birthday and our first Christmas as a couple in our first home!

We finished off the year visiting our families for New Years and celebrated 6 months of marriage! I'm looking forward to what this year will bring, both the challenges and the amazing memories. Cheers to good health, loving relationships, and making a positive and meaningful impact in each other's lives!
